COMPETITON RULES:

  1. In order to be entered into the competition, please complete this questionnaire, the competition questions together with your name, address and if available a telephone number and return to the address provided.
  2. The competition is open to anyone resident in the UK and Eire, excluding employees of the De Agostini group of companies, affiliated and associated companies, any employees of third party prize suppliers and promotional agencies and their families and anyone connected with the administration of this competition. Only one entry is permitted per person.
  3. The closing date for entries is 12 noon (UK time) on 23rd May 2007. The winner will be judged by an independent person on 24th May 2007 and will be notified by telephone or post. The judge's decision is final.The name of the winner will be available upon receipt of an SAE marked Treasures of the Earth.
  4. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
  5. No correspondence will be entered into.
  6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transit. De Agostini has the right to disqualify an entry in the event that it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Rules.
  7. The prize must be taken as stated and is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and has no cash alternative.
  8. Entrants under the age of 16 must have their entry signed by a parent or guardian.
  9. Any personal data relating to competition entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.
